Is Planet Free free to use?
Yes! Absolutelly. Planet Free is free to use. Zero. Nada. Niente. Great, right?!
Where can I download it?
You can download it on Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store for free. Use this link to access it directly.
I can't install Planet Free on my phone.
That can have multiple reasons.
- Do you have the latest version of your operating system installed? If you're on Android, you must have version X or later. If you're on Apple iOS, you must be on X or later. Check for new updates on your Settings app.
- Make sure you have a supported device. Planet Free is not available outside the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store.
- Make sure you're in the available countries. Right now, that's Portugal.

How do I rescue Bonbees?
Do rescue Bonbees you need to find them first. They appear in random spots all around you. All you need to do is check the map screen. They'll pop up every now and then, floating in the air. Tap one of them within the radius circle around your character avatar and you'll be taken into a new scene where you'll see it float in front of you, trapped inside a rock. Use your hammer to rescue it by breaking the rock: tap and hold to pull the hammer back, drag to aim (check the target graphic moving as you do), and release it when the target is hovering the rock. Do that again until the Bonbee is free and then hit "Rescue". That's it!
I redeemed a reward. How can I use it?
Rewards come in all shapes and sizes and can be used in different ways. Check your reward details for more info on how and where to redeem it!
My reward can't be used anymore, why?
It is possible that it expired. Check it's details by accessing "Rewards" from the main map screen, scrolling to your desired reward and tap it to see it's details. Confirm if the expiration date is still valid.
My account seems to be blocked?
We take our terms and conditions very seriously. If your account was blocked it's most likely because your account violated one of our rules. Visit our Terms and Conditions page for more info.
Can I have more than one account per device?
Not currently. This is a safety measure to ensure game balancing.
Is Planet Free available outside Portugal?
Not yet, but soon! Keep an eye out for more news about Planet Free coming to your country by following us on social media.
When is brand X coming to Planet Free?

I'd like to delete my Planet Free account, how do I proceed?
We're sorry to see you go! You can do that from inside the app by going to the main map screen and tapping your player avatar at the top left corner. You'll see your profile screen. At the top right you'll see the menu button (the one with the 3 horizontal bars). Tap it to see a list of options. Tap "Delete account" and follow the instructions.
